Deleting contracts
Contracts in the Vault cannot be directly deleted, but are instead moved to the Trash, where they can be manually deleted or recovered within 30 days, after which they are automatically permanently deleted.
You can move individual contracts to the Trash by selecting the option from the ellipses menu
To move multiple contracts to the Trash, select them and choose “Move to Trash” from the multi-selection drop-down menu.
Recovering contracts
To view a list of all contracts moved to Trash, click on its tab from the Vault view.
Note that all filtering options and saved filters are specific to the Trash tab, and will not save or be selectable in the Vault.
To restore or permanently delete an individual contract, select the appropriate option from the ellipses menu for that contract.
To restore multiple contracts, select them and choose “Restore selected contracts”. Note that you cannot permanently delete multiple contracts at a time.
